Heat dissipation principle of graphite sheet:
A typical thermal management system consists of an external cooling device, a radiator, and a thermal cross section.
The important function of the fins is to create the most effective surface area on which the heat is transferred and the external cooling medium is removed. The graphite heat sink is used to distribute heat evenly over the two-dimensional surface, which effectively transfers the heat and ensures that the component operates at the temperature under which it is applied.

The characteristics and applications of graphite foil and graphite sheets
Both of graphite foil and graphite sheets are flexible graphite products. graphite foil is usually in rolls and graphite sheets has the strengthed style.
Graphite foil and graphite sheets are made from compressed exfoliated mineral graphite, pure graphite carbon and without fillers and binders. Most of graphite foil and graphite sheets in the market have a carbon content ranging from 95% -98%. Some brand of flexible graphite foil has a high purity of ≥99% carbon content. The higher carbon content,the better chemical resistance, better thermal conductivity and better sealability.

After intercalation, deintercalate, extrusion, pressing,the crystal structure of expansible graphite is still not changed so the chemical stability and corrosion resistance of expanded graphite is good,it has a good stability almost to all of the acid, alkali, salt, organic solvents, oils, etc.it can be applied to pH 0~14.
The flexible graphite sheet is only one production of the expansible graphite,it could also used to make expanded graphite yarn, braided graphite tape, braided expanded graphite cloth, braided graphite tube/sleeving, die-formed graphite ring etc.

What is Graphite Foil? - Graphite foil is a pliable graphite material with anisotropic properties similar to pyrolitic graphite. It is a good thermal and electrical conductor within the plane of the surface but a much poorer conductor through the thickness of the material. It also has a surface reflectivity several times that of ordinary graphite.
Graphite foil products are in stock as sheets, discs, rings & rolls in standard, commercial & high purity grades. All items are to customer requirements. Specialty products include gaskets, tape, die cut rings, carbon fiber yarn & foil yarn with cotton or wire core.
Graphite foil is an excellent sealing material for high temperature, high-pressure transfer of liquids, gases, steam, chemicals and corrosives. It is manufactured from high purity, high crystalline natural graphite flakes, which are processed into continuous foil by special acid and thermal treatments to produce expanded graphite crystals. The expanded graphite crystals are then formed into foil through a calendaring process without any resins and binders.
